Context
Limna is an AI art advisor: it helps people judge and buy art with more confidence. That means combining several hard things in one native app — a machine-learning model that estimates value, a way to manage a growing collection, and augmented reality that lets you see a piece on your own wall before committing to it.
Role & approach
As Lead iOS Engineer I built the app on Apple's native stack. A machine-learning model drives valuation; Vision and ARKit power the "hang it on your wall" preview; and collection management keeps it all organised. This is the kind of on-device AI and AR product that plays to Apple-platform depth — CoreML, Vision, and ARKit working together in something that has to feel effortless to a non-technical buyer.
Outcome
A native app that turns an intimidating purchase into a confident one — AI valuation and AR preview in the pocket of the person deciding whether to buy.
